Kate Fletcher

Kate Fletcher is a fashion and sustainability pioneer, design activist, writer, and research professor. She is co-author of Earth Logic: Fashion Action Research Plan and Earth Logic Gardening, co-editor of Design and Nature: A Partnership (2019), and author of the book Sustainable Fashion and Textiles: Design Journeys. She has published three volumes of life writing on clothing and nature—including Wild Dress (2019)—establishing it as a field of study, and is a co-founder of the Union of Concern
