Penelope Douglas is a New York Times, USA Today, and Wall Street Journal bestselling author of romance, including new adult, erotica, and contemporary fiction. Born in Dubuque, Iowa, and the oldest of five children, she attended the University of Northern Iowa and is based in Las Vegas.
