Please Don't Go: A Novel (The Midnight Strike #1) by E. Salvador is a contemporary romance following Josefine Resendiz and Daniel, two people from different worlds whose chance meeting on Christmas Day sets off a slow-burning connection forged through shared grief. Originally self-published in August 2025 and reissued by Atria/Primero Sueno Press in May 2026, it earns attention for its unflinching treatment of mental health alongside its romantic central story.
